- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store wallet credit, as determined by CaribMarketHub;
- Processing occurs within a reasonable time after inspection and approval;
- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.
- Refunds may be denied where repair or replacement is reasonably available and legally permissible.
Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and payment disputes are processed in accordance with applicable card network rules, including those of Visa, and Mastercard. Where such rules mandate specific timelines, documentation, or remedies, those requirements shall prevail to the extent required by the applicable payment network
