- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store wallet credit, as determined by CaribMarketHub;
- Processing occurs within a reasonable time after inspection and approval;
- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.
- Refunds may be denied where repair or replacement is reasonably available and legally permissible.
Refunds are not issued except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise where repair or replacement is not possible.
Your refund request must first be approved by the vendor/seller within 30 days of purchase.
If your order must be returned for a refund, it will be processed upon confirmation of the products returned.Refunds are issued in the following methods:
- Store Credit which can be used on future purchases
- Credit Card refund for orders paid with your credit card
- Bank/Cheque which are processed in 10 business days
Payment Network Rules
- Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and payment disputes are processed in accordance with applicable card network rules, including those of Visa, and Mastercard. Where such rules mandate specific timelines, documentation, or remedies, those requirements shall prevail to the extent required by the applicable payment network.
