Price Match Guarantee

Caribmarkethub is committed to offering competitive pricing. Our Price Match Guarantee allows eligible customers to request a price match for qualifying products under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility & Request Process

• Price match requests must be submitted by email only.
• Requests may be made at the time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase for a one-time price adjustment.
• The product must be identical to the competitor’s item, including:
  • Same brand
  • Same model number
  • Same specifications, size, color, and condition (new, factory-sealed)
• All price matches are evaluated on pre-tax prices only. Customers remain responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees.

Caribmarkethub reserves the right to:

• Verify the competitor’s price, stock availability, and product details;
• Limit quantities eligible for price matching per product and per customer.

 Caribmarkethub has the final decision for matching an online price.

Geographic Eligibility & Competitor Definition

A qualifying competitor must:

• Be an authorized retailer selling new, factory-sealed products with a valid manufacturer’s warranty;
• Operate within the same geographic market or region as Caribmarkethub;
• Publicly display pricing that is accessible without login or membership requirements.

Prices from marketplaces, third-party sellers, or unauthorized resellers are not eligible.

Currency Conversion Standard

• For international competitors, prices are converted to the applicable currency using the official exchange rate published by Caribmarkethub’s designated financial institution on the date the request is reviewed.
• Caribmarkethub does not honor exchange rates generated by third-party websites, payment processors, or customer estimates.

Review & Written Decision Confirmation

• All price match requests are reviewed and verified by Caribmarkethub.
• Caribmarkethub retains sole discretion to approve or deny any price match request.
• Customers will receive written confirmation of the final decision via email.
• Once a decision is communicated, it is considered final and binding.

 Who is considered a competitor?

A retail competitor is a retail store authorized by a vendor to sell a new, factory-sealed product with a warranty and is located in the same market.

What does not qualify for price match?

• “Marketplace” prices and prices from third party sellers will not be honored. 
• Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price match.
• Custom or special order products – meaning customized or configured products
• Items sold via a third-party or discount site – meaning any products that are not sold directly by a competing retailer
• Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or unspecific offers, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after customers log in. 
• Pricing or typographical errors, limited time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers, trade-in value and offers on trade-in products.
• We do not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.
• Price match does not include specials, sales, clearance, deep discounts like Thanksgiving, Black Friday or Cyber Monday, free with purchase, refurbished, warehouse prices or any discounted price and financing offers.
• Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and or on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price match.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updated throughout the site and in our advertising on other sites.

We don’t guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on Caribmarkethub.com including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
