Loyalty Points

The Caribmarkethub Loyalty Points Program is designed to reward our registered customers for their engagement and purchases.

Membership Eligibility

• • Loyalty Points are available to registered Caribmarkethub account holders only.

• • Membership is free and available upon account registration.

• • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.

Earning Loyalty Points

Members earn points as follows
You will be awarded 1 point for every $10 purchased. Points will not be issued for tax, coupons or shipping charges.

• • Points are not earned on:
    
    • • Taxes
    • • Shipping or delivery charges
    • • Coupon or promotional discounts

Points may also be earned through approved promotional activities, including but not limited to:

• • Social media engagement

• • Product reviews and ratings

• • Participation in Caribmarkethub promotional campaigns

Points are credited once payment is successfully completed or the qualifying promotional activity is verified.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

• • Points may be redeemed at checkout toward eligible purchases.

• • Loyalty Points:
    • Have no cash value
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds
      Cannot be transferred or sold

Loyalty Points are promotional rewards only and do not constitute financial instruments, stored value, currency, or property of the customer.

Points Reversal & Refunds

• • If an order is refunded, cancelled, or reversed, any Loyalty Points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted from the member’s account.

• • If points earned on a refunded order have already been redeemed, Caribmarkethub reserves the right to:
    • Deduct the equivalent value from the member’s point balance, or

     

    • • Adjust future point earnings accordingly.

Expiration of Points

• • Loyalty Points that remain unused for a period of 12 consecutive months will automatically expire.

• • Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Program Modifications & Termination Notice

• • Caribmarkethubreserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Loyalty Point program, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Caribmarkethub Loyalty rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, without prior notice, and at any time.

In the event of program termination:

• • Caribmarkethub will provide reasonable notice via website posting, email communication, or account notification.

• • Members will be given a defined redemption window, after which all unused points will be forfeited.

Abuse, Fraud & Errors

Caribmarkethub reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership and/or void all or part of a member’s Loyalty Points if points are found to be:

• • Issued or redeemed due to system error;

• • Obtained through fraud, abuse, theft, or unauthorized activity;

• • Used in violation of these terms.

All decisions regarding point validity are final.

Caribmarkethub respects your privacy.
We do not sell, trade, or share our Loyalty Members list with third parties.
